Le Gîte de la Louvière is located on the ground floor of the owners' chalet, it consists of: 

- Apartment no.1 (Petit-Loup) 3 rooms 55 m² (6 people), including :

- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 (2 persons) + bathroom and toilet

-1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 (2 people + 1 bunk bed of 90 (2 people) with bathroom and toilet

- 1 living room with kitchenette


- Apartment no. 2 (Grand-Loup) duplex 4 rooms 85m² (10 people), it including :

- 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 1 bed of 160 (2 people) + 1 bunk bed of 90 in a closed mountain corner + three bathrooms and toilet 

- 1 bedroom upstairs with 1 bed 140 (double bed 2 people) 

- 1 bedroom on the floor with 1 bed of 140 (double bed 2 people) + a bathroom

- 1 large living room with American kitchen + granular hair and a large table + a sitting area


Le Gîte de la Louvière is located full South with a private terrace of 50m², equipped lounge table and umbrella with stunning views of the Aiguilles d'Arves.

In summer children’s games and heated pool.

No Smoking. Pets not allowed.

On a plot of 2000 m², with private parking (5 cars maximum), snow removal assured.

Secure outdoor ski storage and shoe dryer.

Quiet place, 8 min walk from the center of La Toussuire, accessible by shuttle station free: stop 100 m.

Located in the heart of the Sybelles area (+ 320 kms of slopes), chalet on the blue Comborcière trail, departure and return skis on feet (road ace to cross).



*Petit-Loup and Grand-loup are not connected from the inside, you have to go out and walk 2 meters to reach one of the two apartments
